  1. Payment will be accept only through D.D./Cheque.
  2. We will provide you one year free from the date of installation.
  3. We will charge traveling charge per visit for out of Varanasi.
  4. After one year 3500/- online annual maintenance charge + 600/- per node.
  5. 40% Advance along with the confirmed order.
  6. Service will be provided within 2 working days from the date of complaint.
  7. Please register your complaint on feedback.
  8. We will not attend any service claims and free service, if payment is due.
  9. Software once sold will not be taken back.
  10. All disputes are subject to Varanasi jurisdiction only.
